TERMS & CONDITIONS - Cosmetic Tattooing

  • No cancellations or changes allowed within 48 hours of the appointment.

  • Appointments are not secured or confirmed until the deposit has been paid. Deposits are non-refundable. A cancellation fee of $100 will be charged for cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours of your appointment time. If you no-show the $100 cancellation fee will be charged and the full amount of your next appointment will be due upon booking with no refund available.

  • Individual results will vary. This is a two step process. A compulsory 6 week touch up is $100 to perfect eyebrow tattoo results from first session. Any touch up's needed after 12 week's (before 6 months) will have a fee of $150. Results can not be guaranteed and no refunds under any circumstances.

  • Consultation form must be signed at the beginning of your appointment and covers all areas.

  • Aftercare MUST be followed correctly and to the best of your ability. Failure to do so may result in less then perfect results.

  • Individual results will vary. If you are unhappy with the results of your service we need you to communicate this with your therapist at the time of your appointment before leaving for makeup/hairstyling or within 24 hours for facials, spray tans etc. We can not help achieve maximum best results without you communicating to us at the time or within 24 hours max of your appointment. No refunds are given under any circumstances. 

  • Aftercare MUST be followed correctly and to the best of your ability. Failure to do so may result in less then perfect results.

TERMS & CONDITIONS - Bridal Makeup

  • Quotes are valid for 48 hours and prices may change. Prices do not include GST, GST will be added to your total invoice. Your date may be available at the time of the quote but holds are not available and bookings are not secured until a $100 non-refundable deposit is paid. Once the invoice has been sent you have 48 hours to pay the deposit or your date will become available again. Deposits are not transferable to a new date. If you need to post pone your current deposit will become void and a new deposit will be due to secure the new date. If the new date is the following year as per the original quote your invoice will be updated with the increased prices for the new date/year. If you need to cancel your booking deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • The full amount owing on the invoice minus the deposit paid is due a minimum 7 days before the wedding date via bank transfer. Final numbers must be confirmed 4 weeks before the wedding date and this number is what must be paid for.

  • The full amount must be paid in one transaction a minimum of 7 days before the wedding date and no earlier then 4 weeks before. Multiple payments will not be accepted. 

  • Travel fees range from $100-$200 depending on location. Minimum of 5 adults for mobile per each artist. Travel is available 1 hour maximum from Upper Coomera 4209. For under 5 people makeup is based in salon.

  • Parking must be supplied on site and if required paid for. If staying at a hotel visitor parking must be available or a spot reserved prior to our arrival. If parking on the day isn’t covering an invoice with the amount that needs to be covered will be emailed and must be paid within 48 hours. 

  • Makeup products, hair tools and equipment must not be touched or handled by anyone other than us. Children and pets must be supervised at all times. We are not liable for injuries caused by others in anyway. Damages or breakages of our belongings must be replaced at the cost of the booking holder and will be invoiced accordingly.

  • COVID-19 Policy in regards to lockdowns or postponements due to Covid-19 restrictions differs and can be supplied by request to Jasmine. 

  • Each service is allocated 45 minutes maximum back to back and includes one look only. If we need to wait at any time for people to arrive or shower etc a fee of $50 per each half an hour will be invoiced and due within 48 hours. Additional costs will apply if a new look is desired or if anything more then a small change or touch up is required.

  • We predict our start time off your photographers arrival. Usually makeup/hair is completed 1.5-2hours before your ceremony time to allow time for bridal prep photos, to get dressed without rushing and the celebrate a special champagne with your loved ones before leaving. It is always best to be ready early then to be running late. 

  • On the day of your booking the final look must be agreed upon and confirmed by each person as being completely satisfied and if changes are desired this must be communicated to the artist at the time of application. Refunds are not given under any circumstances. Final checks will be offered before we pack up and failure to ask the artist for any touch ups or changes before we leave is at the fault of each person and is not an acceptable reason for complaint after the wedding day. Costumer satisfaction is our utmost importance and we set extremely high standard of quality and professionalism.

  • All public holidays incur a 10% surcharge. Start times prior to 7am will incur early morning fee of $50 per each half an hour on top of prices. End times after 5pm will incur after hour fee of $50 per each half an hour on top of prices.

  • Trials must be booked online in advance. Trials are based in salon and are classified as ‘Makeup Application’ when booking online. A $50 deposit is due upon booking and online booking cancellation policy must be agreed to at the time of booking. Trials include one look per booking. Please bring along inspiration photos.
